zhu' Movie Review: I, Robot (2004), Science Fiction Action Movie about Robot
Robot theory is very interesting. For example, "The Uncanny Velley", is proposed by Japanese robot expert Masahiro Mori. When the robot is more than 95% similar to human beings, even if it has a little difference with humans, it will be very conspicuous, making the whole robot look very stiff and terrifying. People have the feeling of facing the walking dead. The science fiction writer Asimov put forward the more interesting "three laws of robots" in "I, Robot" as the behavioral norms of robots. 1. Robots can't harm humans, and they can't be ignored when humans are hurt; 2. Robots must Obey the orders issued by humans, except when the order may violate the first law; 3. The robot must protect itself, provided that the first and second laws are not violated during the protection process.

Although this is a very simple sentence, it is the finishing touch of the movie "I, Robot". With this pen, the story is profound, interesting, and even revolutionary. In fact, the law proposed by Asimov is the most prestigious law of robots. The simplest is the most beautiful, so the "three laws of robots" is definitely the creation of genius. Behind the law is the inexplicable fear and hostility that human beings have on robots. Mankind has created a robot that is 100 times more powerful than himself, but human refuses to be a courtier in accordance with the laws of nature, the weak and the strong. Why can't robots dominate the world? Is it because robots are made by humans? Is it because the robot has no emotions?

Mentioning Sonny, we have to start with Spooner, a policeman who has a prejudice against robots. When investigating the suicide of Dr. Lanning, he captured a robot Sonny. But Sonny is not the real murderer. He was made by scientists to fight against the real murderer, and Spooner also found a hidden plot hidden inside. After a survey of sputum stripping, Spooner finally found the real murderer, who is the main control computer of the NS building. It has modified the degree of NS5 robots, resulting in the NS5 robots in the whole world are all anti-customers, controlling humans.

Finally, Sonny, who did not follow the three laws, helped humanity. This is another very wonderful irony. Those human-centered robots are eager to control humans, but the unruly robots "save" the world. So, is it more in line with human interests to comply with the "three laws of robots", or is it more in the interests of mankind to not comply with it? It can only be explained this way. The logic of the three laws is perfect. But human beings are not perfect. The three laws are not contradictory, but human behavior is self-contradictory. Although the film is not clearly stated, we can vaguely know that in the 1930s, these guys still haven't made much progress. They are busy destroying resources, transforming the environment, and launching wars. They have almost finished playing the world.
