每天应该吃250~400克的谷物,其中要有50~100克的杂粮、粗粮。

与细粮相比,粗粮供给的能量不高,
但膳食纤维含量却要高很多,
对脂肪的吸收有一定的阻碍作用,
能够降低血液中低密度胆固醇和甘油三酯的浓度,
从而降低高血压、糖尿病和高血脂症的发病风险。
