Mario games have had a profound impact on my growing up gaming experience. I remember the day when i was introduced to Super Mario Bros at a friend's house. This was the most unbelievably captivating game that I had ever seen. It seems silly now, but compared to what other options we had at the time, this game was simply unreal.
