I love the steemph community and constantly hold your discord up as an example of a region pulling together and doing it right. I mention it to new community leaders forming other country specific communities ALL the time. My visits there have always been warmly welcomed, fun as heck and super friendly. The charitable work you all do together is admirable and a good role model all around as a group.
