Lose weight challenge during Enhanced Community Quarantine D1

So since we have nothing to do during this pandemic quarantine, I and my neices agreed to make a challenge for them. Instead of laying on the bed and eating the whole day , we made an agreement that they will lose weight with my help in a span of 14 days to 30 days as much as they can.

They are quiet big now and I think it is not healthy for them to get fatter while experiencing covid19 enhanced community quarantine. There are three of them named Pipay, Kakay and Anel. Those are just nick names since they do not want me to give their true names.

So Day 1.
Anel 93.60 kg, Pipay 84.90 kg, and Kakay 81.75 kg, did the warm up exercise. We watched you tube and casted screen on the smart tv. They also enjoyed the zumba dance. They sweated out for an hour and so proud of them. I am actually acting as their coach.

They are not allowed to eat more than 500 calories a day. So guys if you want to count your calories intake you might want to get calories counter from google play store. I chose MyNetDiary it actually helps a lot for you to count your intake and control your self from eating. Below is the screenshot of the app.

So guys if you want to use a reliable app for tracking your exercises everyday you can also use the one that we chose. We downloaded an app that would help us lose weight and is named as Lose weight in 30 days. It has a lot of exercises good for beginners just like them like squats, push ups, butt ridge, etc. Below is the screenshots of the app.

For now I will not put their pictures..I have to get their permissions to do so. Keep reading for you to get updated. We are still on Day 1 so it's gonna be a long challenge.
