Counting days for this very special event, Steemph.antipolofest. Time flies so fast and there is a small time left to arrange everything. From the invitations to program proper to choosing the venue to the delegation of task. Whew! its a challenge tho.
But we love the challenge and we are much excited about the coming of this event. Wohooo!.

Honestly, this is not the first time that we will be having a group event of our own. We conducted several gatherings before in our past venture but we were guided by other higher officials or top ranks of our group. This time, it is all by ourselves. So intense that we get the adrenalin rush over and over again.We want the best out of this. We want it to be memorable. We want it close to perfect. We want it to be well remembered by everyone. Details, details and more details. Can't get enough of details. Getting so frantic about this but in a nice way. We even have our personalize shirt just for this very special day.

To be more acquainted with Steemit platform and how to maximize its potential is one of the reasons why we are conducting such event. Meeting other Steemians from our mother community, Steemph is another objective as well. Sharing of insights, brainstorming ideas and planning for future growth of Steemit in the Philippines will be some of the agenda. It will be an event of learning while enjoying at the same time earning. Getting your dreams come true was never this fun.

Chossing the venue

Antipolo is known for its resorts. People in the metro go here to experience a quick get away from the hustles and bustles of the city life. Our resorts are the perfect place for such a pursuit. So, as Antipolenos ourselves, we want the best place for our first event. A few of the nominated resorts were:

And the winner....drum roll, please...Rosalinda Resort.

We choose this package because it suits the needs of the event. It has a stage, a nice cozy function room, pleasant rooms and the size is just sufficient for the target attendees. Space is just right to supervise the process of the program. It will be easier to gather people and supervise them. Also, it will be at ease to call everyone's attention when needed but still enough to roam around.

It also has an attractive over looking view of the metro.

You would really love the service of this resort. We were surprised that part of the package was their personal decoration of the place for the event. That is so lovely because we have crossed out one task so we can focus more on other matters. Would really love the videoke on that day because they will be serving it for free too. Let us admit Filipinos loves singing.

This was also a plus on why we chose the venue. There are also plenty comfortable rooms for inclusion in the package. Can't wait to go to Rosalinda resort.

And, a special mention to these handsome guys who spent time looking for the perfect venue of the event. They have been roaming around Antipolo for this. Thank you so much guys!

Since this is Steemph.antipolofest, of course, the attendees are no other than...US!. With us are few chosen people that we feel will be of a good addition to the growing group. This will be a perfect time for us to bond and know each other more. Aside from that, it will be also a perfect moment to meet new possible future groupmates. We will be expecting reliable guest from the international community, Steemph, who will be mentoring us on how to maximize our Steemit accounts.

Activities

There will be few lectures which is one of the main objectives. Steemit is a vast platform that has so much to offer. Learning the in and outs of this platform will be of great help to maximize its full potential. We are so blessed for we will learn it from the experts. Aside from that, there will be lots of games and other surprises. It will be a perfect day to release stress and tension in this hasty busy life.A perfect time to unwind and just have some merry-making with friends. Besides, it is almost summer. We will be celebrating our "inauguration" by the pool while feasting on the nice list of foods:

This ensemble of food is the real treat for the palate. Most are Filipino foods. There will also be tons of servings of extra rice. Filipino do love extra rice. Haha!. The food is served by Masaquel's catering. A trusted catering service in Antipolo. Upon reading this, you are probably waiting for production numbers. Well, lets just say it is part of the "surprises". We'll definitely update about the happenings of the event on March 26.

Counting days, we are getting closer to the said gathering. We are all set and feel exhilarated about this. We may be young but we can go along with the trend. We may be composed of ordinary people but we have extraordinary dreams. We may be on our first official event but we are well prepared.
