well he has 7500 tickets .... with that being said means that whoever has the most tickets is the most likely to win winner...... and all those who bought 1 ticket have 0% chance ... they need to fix the way the loto works to be complete random...

The more tickets you have to more chances you have, I think this is normal. With 20% of the tickets, he had 1 chances out of 5 tickets to win so, a little bit of luck and a lot of tickets made him win!
This wasn't the case yesterday! He had the odds on his side today and he still got lucky. Any ticket can win!
