Chicken Tenders
A Quick and Easy Chicken Recipe

Because you need 4 dishes for preparation this appears to be a complicate recipe but it is not. It can easily be assembled. There are no exact quantities. It is done by feel.
To start set out 4 dishes. In the first put some milk.
In the second put some flour to which you have added salt and pepper to taste.
In the third some eggs. I usually use 2 put it depends on how many tenders you intend to cook.
In the fourth some breadcrumbs and add Parmesan cheese.
For the tenders I usually allow 3 per portion. Take the tenders and dip them in the milk. Move them to the flour and dredge them thoroughly with flour. Next dip them in eggs that have been lightly beaten. Finally move to breadcrumbs and thoroughly cover with the crumbs.
Heat some oil in frying pan then add the chicken. Lightly brown on both sides. You will want to control the heat so they don’t burn. Medium heat is definitely hot enough. Cook until there is no pink inside approximately about 10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add butter to pan and melt, stirring to get all the brown bits from pan. Add lemon juice and heat. Pour this over the chicken..
