Giant mind in the feeble body.

What is meant by that? A strong body does not necessarily translate into a strong mind, but some people have managed to keep their minds sharp despite letting their bodies weaken. Please take note that I do not include in this saying those who experienced accidents or other traumatic experiences. This comment seems to me to be about people who don't take good care of their bodies.
