Can someone explain the stricken SBD posts?

I've noticed a handful of posts where the dollar/SBD value has strike-through. Can someone please explain what the story is, and why this would happen?

You as an author, when you have 500 Steem POWER, can determine whether or not your Rewards Payout is 100% Steem Power, 50/50 Steem POWER/SBD or No Payout.

When you see a post with the line through the dollar value, it means that the author has chosen to do No Payout on the post.
