mmm, delicious, I'd specially like to try the blueberry goat cheese. What makes a double brie?
I have some friends who enjoy a cheese feast and among the selection I bought for the last extravaganza was a cheddar called True Grit. I bought it as a little bit of a joke, but actually it was delicious and voted the best of the bunch.
the Double means that it has extra creme added, right before the curd is formed. Basically, a more creamy Brie, more spreadable for those that like to do Brie on crackers, etc.
