This artwork is taken inside the Malacañang of the North which is a portrait of the late Ferdinand E. Marcos. Ilocanos call him "Apo Lakay". Every Ilocanos is very proud to him because he is very intelligent in all aspects. He bacame the best leader of the country because he is very patriotic.
There is still those people or group of people that against and still questioning his governance. But the Ilocano people still believe that he is the best leader that makes the Philippine to be a better place.
Ferdinand Marcos once said to Imelda, "I don't believe in courtship. It's a waste of time. If you love the person, I'll tell her right away, but for you I'll make and exception. Just love me now, and I will court you forever."
