Learning C++ - Part 1 - Downloading Code::Blocks

Before starting to code, we should first download an IDE called Code Blocks.

What is an IDE?


Simply where we gonna write our code!

Code Blocks can be downloaded from this link!

Please make sure its "mingw-setup". It is REALLY IMPORTANT! :)

After the download ends open the IDE and follow my steps:

  1. We gonna create a C++ project, to do that click

  2. Choose "Console Application".

    Then click "Go"!

  3. Click "Next", choose "C++", then enter the name of your project and its directory.

  4. Click "finish".
