Any dog that needs rescuing can be shipped to my house! lol. I've never heard of Askals before. Really interesting stuff. Glad to see organizations to protect animals all over the world.
If you only know how many stray dogs need rescuing here, you'd be living with more than the 101 Dalmatians. I am happy that there are those that are already making a stand recognizing the preciousness of the lives of these k9 lovies.
