If Steemit had a Black Friday...

The Day After Thanksgiving is known as Black Friday. This used to be unofficially or officially the start of holiday shopping season. Almost all stores come out with irresistible Sales to attract consumers to their shop. People often stand in line hours before the stores are opened, to grab the bargains of the year.

I couldn´t help but wonder what if Steemit at it´s own black Friday? If the Steemit power was noticeably stronger for all users on that day, that we could spread across the platform to support new Steemit users and to expand our community.

On the Steemit black Friday, there could be a special where users that are joined that day are getting access to their accounts immediately, with some Steem Power in their accounts in order to impact the community on here even further.

Another idea is that if Steam would add a special dose of Steam power to a tag, that the Posts that are posted on this way would profit from each year for Black Friday, of course, the tag would be a different one every year.

Now I know this sounds a little bit unrealistic, but there are so much missed opportunities to make a day that will boost our Community.
