your not alone bro all of people has problem and your right it is how you handle but for me you just give up to the one man name God he can all solve your problems just give up and surrender all your problems like anger, anxiety, insecurity and all problems you have just simply give up and surrender and you will feel a light in yourself that God will be the one to handle it all and you just simply relax and enjoy life just have faith and trust in him that's what I do in daily life I just simply love God and surrender all I am not on my own but I put god in the center of my life wherever I am going and I feel I have no problem in daily life eventhough problem is natural to exist but all problems have solution in life.
