The question may arise here, if the dead person dies, will not the mud be? The answer is obviously, why do not you cry! Even if you do not want to clot, you'll get water from your eyes. Here is another question, and that is why you are suffering but you will suffer a dead person but why?
The answer is that the dead person could not teach his heirs or the supporters of the Awlad, so he would have to suffer that excitement.

So you can feed your relatives or poor people, pray for the dead, any day, by not giving the name of Mejban or forty-sixa. Then you will finish the Qur'an yourself. The Quran annihilates and pray for the deceased person. The destruction of the Qur'an for a deceased person was not realized by the actions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) or the disciples. We have also discovered it ourselves. Without killing the Qur'an for the deceased, we will do it ourselves, then we will feed the people. We will donate charity on behalf of the deceased person, we will perform Zadhi. And pray for the dead person more. This will be acceptable to Allah.

আমরা প্রত্যেকেই আরও একটা ভুল করি, মৃত ব্যক্তির জানাজার আগে তার ওয়ারিশগণ দাড়িয়ে সবার নিকট মৃত ব্যক্তির হয়ে ক্ষমা প্রর্থনা করেন, আলহামদুলিল্লাহ এটা খুবই ভাল একটা কাজ, কিন্তু আরও একটি কাজ করি আর সেটা হচ্ছে

“সবাইকে মিলাদের দাওয়াত করি। সবাইকে বলি আগামী শুক্রবার জুমার নামাজের পরে আমার বাবা/মা/ভাই.......... এর নামে অমুক অমুক মসজিদে মিলাদ বা দোয়া হবে, আপনারা সবাই উপস্থিত থাকবেন”।

এই কাজটিও খারাপ না, তবে সমস্যা হচ্ছে ভাই, আপনার আত্মীয় মারা গেছে রবিবার আর তার জন্য দোয়া করবেন আগামী শুক্রবার, কেন?

ধরুন আপনি সমুদ্র ভ্রমনে গেছেন। যখন আপনি মাঝ সমুদ্রে পৌছলেন তখন প্রচন্ড ঝড়ে আপানার জাহাজ ডুবে গেল এবং আপনি বাঁচার জন্য আপ্রান চেষ্টা চালাচ্ছেন। আপনি ভেসে থাকার জন্য একটি কাঠ বা অন্য কিছু খুঁজতেছেন যাতে সেটা ধরে অন্তত আপনি ভেসে থাকতে পারেন। কিন্তু কিছুই পাচ্ছেন না, অবশেষে কোন অবলম্বন না পেয়ে আপনি হারিয়ে গেলেন সাগরের অতল গহবরে।

একটা লোক যখন মারা যায় তখন তাকে ঠিক এরকমই সাব্যস্থ করা হয় যে, সে সাগরে পতিত হয়েছে এবং তার মাঝে হাবুডুবু খাচ্ছে আর খুজছে ভেসে থাকার কোন অবলম্বন পান কিনা। আর সেই অবলম্বন হচ্ছে তার রেখে যাওয়া ওয়ারিশগণের দোয়া, তার জীবদ্দশায় করা যে কোনো সদকায়ে জারিয়া। কিন্তু আমরা ওয়ারিশরা যেটা করি সেটা হচ্ছে, ঐ যে আগেই বল্লাম, মারা গেছেন রবিবার আর তার জন্য দোয়ার আয়োজন করি শুক্রবার। এছাড়াও আমাদের সমাজে একটা রীতি প্রচলিত রয়েছে সেটা হলো- কোন ব্যক্তি যদি মারা যায়, তাহলে মারা যাওয়ার সাত দিনের পর অথবা মারা যাওয়ার পর প্রথম শুক্রবার আল কোরআনের হাফেজদের ডেকে কোরআন খতম করানো। এছাড়া মৃত্যুর চল্লিশ দিনের মাথায় বিশাল মজলিশের মাধ্যমে মেজবানের আয়োজন করা হয়। ইসলামে মূলত এগুলো জায়েজ আছে কিনা জানতে হলে নিচের বর্ণনাটি পড়ুন।

মেজবান বলতে বোঝায় মানুষকে খাওয়ানো। লোকদের খাওয়ানো একটি ভালো কাজ। বুখারি শরিফের মধ্যে রাসুল (সা.) বলেছেন, এটি একটি আফতারুল ইসলাম, ইসলামের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে শ্রেষ্ঠ কাজ। সুতরাং আপনি লোকদের খাওয়াইতে পারেন; কিন্তু সেখানে আনুষ্ঠানিকতা চার দিনে, ১০ দিনে, চল্লিশা ইত্যাদি করেন তাহলে আপনি সুন্নাহ পরিপন্থী কাজ করলেন। সে ক্ষেত্রে সওয়াব তো দূরের কথা, বেদাত হওয়ার কারণে আপনি বড় ধরনের কবিরা গুনাহর মধ্যে লিপ্ত হয়ে গেলেন।

এছাড়াও বুখারি শরিফে স্পষ্ট উল্লেখ আছে, যদি মৃত ব্যক্তির নামে, মিলাদ, কুলখানি বা চল্লিশা অথবা এজাতীয় কিছু করা হয় এবং মৃত ব্যক্তির জন্য তার ওয়ারিশগণ যদি সুর করে অথবা প্রলাপ করে কাদে তবে ঐ মৃত ব্যক্তিকে আজাব দেয়া হয়।

এখানে প্রশ্ন আসতে পারে তাহলে মৃত ব্যক্তি মারা গেলে কি কাদা যাবে না? উত্তর হল হ্য অবশ্যই যাবে, আপনি কেন কাদবেন না! কাদতে না চাইলেও তো আপনার এমনিতেই ভেতর থেকে চোখে পানি এসে যাবে। তবে প্রলাপ (গেদুর বাপে মুরগি দিয়া ভাত খাইতে চাইছি...............লো................... খাইতে পারল......................না) করে কাদার বিষয়ে নিষেধ আছে।

এখানে আরও একটি প্রশ্ন, আর সেটা হল কাদছেন আপনি কিন্তু আজাব ভোগ করতে হবে মৃত ব্যক্তিকে কিন্তু কেন?
উত্তর হচ্ছে ঐ মৃত ব্যক্তি তার ওয়ারিশ বা আওলাদদের সহি শিক্ষা দিতে পারেন নাই তাই তাকেই ঐ আজাব ভোগ করতে হবে।

সুতরাং এ ধরনের কাজ করবেন না, তাহলে আমলও নষ্ট হয়ে যেতে পারে। রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.)-এর একাধিক হাদিস দ্বারা এই ইঙ্গিত পাওয়া যায়। তাই মেজবান বা চল্লিশা এ জাতীয় নাম না দিয়ে আপনি যেকোনো দিন আপনার সুবিধামতো আত্মীয়স্বজন বা গরিবদের খাওয়াতে পারেন, মৃত ব্যক্তিদের জন্য দোয়া করতে পারেন। এরপর কোরআন খতম আপনি নিজে করবেন। কোরআন খতম করে মৃত ব্যক্তির জন্য দোয়া করবেন। মৃত ব্যক্তির জন্য কোরআন খতম করার বিষয়টি রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) অথবা সাহাবিদের আমল দ্বারা সাব্যস্ত হয়নি। এটাও আমরা নিজেরাই আবিষ্কার করে নিয়েছি। মৃত ব্যক্তির জন্য কোরআন খতম না করে কোরআন খতম আমরা নিজেরাই করব, তারপর আমরা লোকদের মেজবান খাওয়াব। আমরা মৃত ব্যক্তির পক্ষ থেকে দান-খয়রাত করব, ছদকায়ে জারিয়া করব। আর বেশি বেশি করে মৃত ব্যক্তির জন্য দোয়া করব। এটা আল্লাহর কাছে গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।
