The strong woman

She has been strong
though living in the midst of thorns
she flies above the storms
despite the trials and temptations

her body she has kept for the man
whom the Almighty has kept for her her Joy;
despite the world's devilish pranks
telling her to wise up and start living in sinful pleasures

undefiled,untainted by worldly attire
she has chosen the path of revival
causing her to adorn herself in moderation
which before God is of great adoration

though she lives in a world full of troubles
where sins are celebrated as bravos
yet by faith overcomes the struggles
not minding the present transient reproaches

don't give up she said to herself
life is too short to spend on worldly affairs
and this she does on daily basis
fixing her gaze on her saviour's promises

she is strong because of her faith
in her saviour in whom she prevails
over life temptations and travails
pressing on to reach the pearly gate
where she receives the eternal embrace

so to all the ladies out there
do not think everyone is doing it
for many daughters have distinguished themselves
in keeping and obeying the saviour's biddings
