오랜만에
저녁 운동을 했다....
덥다는 핑계로 미루다보니.....
한 달 정도..... 푹 쉬고나니
옆구리가 두둑하다....
걷기 운동 열심히 하고
마무리로
훌라후프 돌리기 하면
운동 효과가 최고라는 생각이다 👍
더워도...
움직여 땀 흘리고나니
그. 상쾌함이
힘으로 불끈 솟는다...
