This problem mostly faced by newbies with low steem power, where not following these rules make them limited and unable to post or comment anywhere. So let’s see how you can avoid getting that message and keep your bandwidth usage as small as possible!

These following things can make your bandwidth really low. (Read til end)

1-: Stop Commenting on every post

If you are thinking that you will earn good curation rewards by commenting on every single person with good RP then you are wrong because it will make you loss your reputation and eat your bandwidth.
You must do comment when you understand the post and really want to say something and make a limit of comment and stop editing your comments again and again try to read it before posting.
Newbies always try to do commenting and share links even use pictures in there comments that make their bandwidth low and loss their RP.

2-: Stop voting every post.

You are really wasting your votes and your voting power because it will eat your bandwidth and make you limited. Your every single vote is important and you have to use it wise specially newbies they are new and they just start voting even they dont know that their voting power is to low and their voting cant help anyone.
You can vote 100 posts and give the person $0.0001, But if you do that you will use up your bandwidth and thus you can’t do anything for a while anymore.

3:- Claim Rewards once a day.

We always do mistakes and check our wallet after every minute to redeem the rewards even we earned 0.01 SP but we redeem and in result we loss our bandwidth.If you redeem once a day you will be able to save your bandwidth.
so if more are coming just distract yourself for a while and claim rewards once or twice a day at most to cut down on the number of transactions.

Don’t comment to comment

You will find in every single post that there is a comment who even don`t know about the post is about but they comment what is a shame. They didn’t read your post and that comment reflects that. If you have nothing to say, then don’t comment. you're much better off commenting on topics where you actually have something to say!

Don’t Resteem every post

People share posts with no sense just because it was posted by someone with good RP it doesn`t mean to share it. Your followers will not like if you share something that is not having any sense and it will eat your bandwidth.
