I was working on IM= internet marketing for 3-4 years and the technique "follow for follow" works on others platforms like twitter FB and Instagram.
It usually called churn and burn as you gather a lot of followers and then post something catchy but not worthy and it helps you to get some incomes fast but not in long term!
There is just one way to success in the long term, and it is the quality content.
Ofc some tips always help! MSP and some bots will help you to exposure but sill if your content isn't worthy soon you will play with bots and maybe your sbd from upvotes will not be enough to pay them for upvotes!

@veibone Thank you for the details comment, I appreciate that. Yes I realize that number game is very important but its really frustrating that I don't even get 5% exposure from my followers. Guess have to be more patient and just try to crunch out good articles.
