Hey guys Usman11 here and today i will define benefits of exercise how important is it the part of our life. It will makes us feel better and have more energy and even it add more years to our life so just exercise. Its benefits are on daily basis and very hard to ignore and everyone benefits from exercise regardless of age or sex.
1.Weight Control
Its most important factor and helps us to maintain weight because when are involve in exercise activity we burn calories and it depends on the how intensely we burn calories the more it will benefit for us. We should perform exercise regularly and not do too much that it become tougher for you but do in easy ways throughout the day for example choose the stairs instead of using elevator because consistency is key.
2.Boost Energy
Regular exercise improves our muscles strength and boosts our endurance and agility because it delivers oxygen and nutrients to our tissues which helps our cardiovascular system work even more efficiently and when our heart lung health improves we have more energy execute the tasks.
Promotes Better Sleep
No need to struggle for snooze. Regular physical activity will help us fall asleep quickly and deepen our sleep and remember not exercise nearly bedtime otherwise we may be too energized to hit the hay
