Workout #2 abs TABATA
Hello sporty Steemians,
another day another workout.
Today we will doing an abs workout.
Tabata= 4 minutes in total, 20 sec full power 10 sec relaxing. Swapping 2 exercises. Pause for one minute, than repeat
