TABATA Workout # 1

Hello sporty Steemians,

another day another workout.
Today we will be doing a leg tabata workout.

TABATA at it’s finest. Tabata= 4 minutes in total, 20 sec full power 10 sec relaxing. Swapping 2 exercises

I will be uploading Tabatas on a regular basis. You can combine them in any way and repeat them as much as you like. Take a one minute break between the Tabatas.

I hope you had fun and feel it in your legs.

I love the Tabatas, as I see it's the best way to train, I ussualy do 4-5 Tabatas the days I can't hit the gym.

I definitly agree on that! 😀😀😀 I'm also doing the same...😀
