Everything you should know about protein
Some call it the protein diet.
Some wonder why ...
- do not many people build muscle despite their harsh strength training? -
are some people much more susceptible to infections than others?
-re some lean, even though they are eating lots while others are fast on fat? - do some athletes regenerate faster after an intense workout than others?
Certainly there are several possible answers to each of these questions.
But if a core element is missing in your body, then that can quickly have consequences:
