Steemit vs Facebook - Fair comparison !!!
hello guys, we will compare some features in both sites steemit and facebook.
This post expresses my personal opinion and you have the right to criticize it in comments.
1 - Who takes money from the other?
Facebook takes money from us by displaying ads. Imagine showing ads to millions of users. We are the hen that is Bleaching gold for Facebook.
You can not make money from Facebook except by paying it first, which means that you have to make ads that either have to succeed or not.
Steemit give you money by posting good content or by voting.
Of course the company earn money but you also earn money by a good rate and it's sure profit.
Imagine the value of Facebook like and the value of voting here. i see steemit win this point.
2 - Nature of the site
Steemit has a decentralized nature and this means that the site can not control your account while Facebook can do whatever it wants in your account. Steemit win again.
3 - the security
Steemit more secure than Facebook because you take the password long and complex and impossible to guess while in Facebook can penetrate the account in dozens of ways, but Facebook win at the point that if you lost the password you can retrieve the account and this is not here.
I see there is a draw at this point.
4 - Live broadcast
Facebook is temporarily outperforming that point but in the future this feature may be available here.
5 - What do we benefit other than money?
This point is important. Here the content maker makes a great effort to get the audience's admiration and get the largest number of votes. The audience also benefits when they gets good content. While in Facebook the maximum benefit for The beginner content maker is some likes and for the advanced content maker Some companies promote their products on his page and this does not happen very often.
