Love of the True Servant of God
Junaid bin Muhammad al Baghdadi, or better known as Junaid al Baghdadi is a Sufi scholar who is regarded as a penghulu of auliya in his time, ie in the second century hijriah or 9th century AD.
One night before dawn, while sleeping in the house of his uncle and teacher, Sariy as Saqthi woke him up and said, "Junaid, wake up because you will get a very valuable lesson tonight ... !!"
Then Sariy as Saqthi recounts that he dreamed as if dealing with God, and said to him, "O Sariy, when I made the beings, they all confessed love to Me.
Sariy goes on to Junaid, that God presents Himself to the servant who loves him, who lives ten percent. Then God created heaven, then run nine out of ten (90%) to pursue the pleasure of heaven, only one in ten (10%, or a hundred of all sentient beings) remain in the sole and admit to love God, not drool paradise and its pleasures.
God presents Himself to the servant who loves Him, who lives ten percent of the rest (one-hundredth of all beings). Then Allah created hell, then run out nine out of ten (90%) to avoid the pain of hell punishment, only one in ten (10% of it, or one-thousand of all sentient beings) will remain in reverence and claim to love God. Not afraid of hell and the pain of torment in it, but only fear of God, which is based on love.
So God presents Himself to those who continue to confess His love, which is one-tenths of thousands of all creatures, and says, "O my servants, you are not tempted by the world, not captivated by the pleasures of heaven, afraid of the torments of hell, and not also run from the pain of the calamities, what exactly do you want ?? "
Of course God knows their answers or wishes, and they are indeed God's servants who know Him very much. So they said, "O God, You know very well what is stored in our hearts !!"
Allah says again, "If it is so, then I will pour the test against you, the very big hill will not bear it, will you be patient?"
Those who truly love God only say, "O Allah, if indeed you are testing, then it is up to you ... !!"
At the end of his dream, God said, "O Sariy, they are my true servants! ! "
