It's time for a fancy snack y'all
So I've had this vintage 2013 sharp extra sharp cheddar from Tillamook, Oregon in my fridge for a couple months. I visited the creamery (factory) this summer and picked this little block of cultured goodness up in the shop.
Well, tonight was the night to open this beauty up, but first I had to have something equally kick ass to accompany the fromage.
Oh, fcuk yeah Bob's Red Mill! What better to have with local cheese than local crackers! Homemade even.
Now let's fancy this shit up a bit.
That's what I'm talking about.
How about a toast Dicaprio?

Thanks buddy. That was some good stuff, sorry you didn't get any.

I know! It is quite an oversight Mike. No fig jam either, and I looked! All I had in the fridge was strawberry jelly and I almost used it.
I'm in the mood for some crackers and cheese now.
