How Many Moons Are You?? -- The New Steemd.Com --

I have noticed some recent changes to Steemit.com 's explorer site, Steemd.com. The small visual changes help to better see your stats as far as voting power and bandwidth usage go. I actually did a post on Steemd.com many moons ago, actually about 11 moons ago. If you are somewhat new, this is a good post for you to learn about your stats on steemd.com.

And that is what this short post is really about. Now on Steemd.com/@YourUserName you can see how many moons have passed (or days if you are new) since you first arrived here on Steemit.com as well as your reputation score. So far the small visual changes are great, and can't wait to see what else the devs. come up with next.

That's good to see the visual changes. I'm at day 280. No moons yet. :)

Resteeming this to 13,000+ followers.

Thanks @joanaltres And you are close to seeing moons on your account though. They are there just won't show up until after 1 year.

@streetstyle, No moons yet, but I'm at 346 days. Like the changes. Steem On!

I now notice that @runridefly There are a few questions I have about steemd.com. I have to look for answers now. Thanks for pointing that out.

ps. I get the days part now, though. So after 1 year then it goes to moons... so you are almost there

That is 1 moon @rtdcs It just won't show up until after 1 year. At least that is how it is for now, stuff does change around.

That pretty 🆒, I am 361 days... so close so so close.

Yes pretty close @czar Hard to believe it is almost 1 whole year!!

I am 12 days old! I am really loving the steemit community. The support here is awesome. I like that people support one another and want to see you succeed. something that is really lacking in other social media sites. The fact that you have to work at your reputation is a great idea. Helps keep the negativity out.

Welcome aboard @kahler907 Glad you are here. You do have to work at to be successful. You will find your way.

Any questions, let me know.

Thank you, I am trying my best!

I am using Steemd.com regular so any improvemnt or update is highly appreciated

I sense that the wolfs are howling

43 days. I have not seen this, thanks for sharing.

Yeah I'm still on days as well haha. I myself have noticed and very much appreciate these small changes and hope they continue to make these awesome visual updates!

I love steemnow more than steemit. Its interface is clean and easy to understand.

Yes, i've started to use this because of the bandwidth thingy that doesn't let you do anything. And have to check it out occasionally.

Hello @yaan . Good case in point. Also, I think I read somewhere that if you send .001 steem to someone anyone that it helps you gain bandwidth back. I am not 100 % sure about that but it is worth the try for so little. Let me know how that works. Thanks.

Hmm... strange, i think it didn't even let me send anything. I will try it.
Hey, guess what. I've started blogging (sound of fireworks) :d

I know I read about it somewhere, but since I devour letters constantly not sure exactly where or what. I also think commenting helps but not sure. I believe the main point of this new bandwidth restriction is spam prevention but not sure....I am sure it is out there on steemit somewhere. Anyone have input on this ???

More and more people are joining the community. I have the same feeling, that it's made to prevent spam. And it partly stops the withdrawal of
the capital from the platform so the price will be more stable.

This is the last article I've read about that: https://steemit.com/steemit/@venuspcs/bandwidth-exceeded-what-do-i-do-why-is-this-happening-how-can-i-fix-it-all-explained#comments
