Each time when I write one of my regular posts, simple minded posts with 5 - 6 photos and some text I get upvoted by the boss of my shift!

If I was a whale, I'd super upvote this post! This is exactly the issue of the guilds but you should have seen it before the guilds.....Steemiciders everywhere.
