Hello! We continue to dismantle the concept of a successful person from the book "The Road to Financial Freedom". Author of the book - Bodo Schaefer, from the beginning emphasizes that financial success starts with the right mindset. Therefore, our task is first to change our thinking, and then make a new thought material.

To make it more clear, I will draw an analogy between this book and Steemit. Because all of the ideas, which are included in the book are relevant for this platform.

So now we talk about responsibility.

What is responsibility?

Responsibility - is the ability to make informed choices. Responsibility - a condition in which you realize that everything that happens to you - it's your choice. Many may disagree with that, but let's look at a simple example.

Authors Steemit write a lot of interesting content. Sometimes it takes them a few hours of personal time. As a result, they can get $ 1 less. On the other hand - the post with some guy in a bathing suit is gaining a few thousand dollars. We feel injustice. We hurt. And we believe that we are not to blame. BUT.

What will happen if we assume that we are still responsible for it? How? Very simple! Steemit gave us an opportunity to evaluate the quality of content. Many of us vote for delusional publication. Why? Because part of the society thinks it's funny. Steemit society itself chooses to promote such nonsense!

But you could argue. You may say, "But personally I am against such content." Ok, friend, and what did you do to express such a position? Do you put the flag? You expressed your point of view? No.

And so almost every author Steemit. Meanwhile, there are people who clearly express their position and combat fraudulent content. For example, I know that @neoxian ensures that people put the correct tags. Because he took responsibility. He decided that he will contribute to the promotion of high-quality content and acts against bad materials.

And what will happen if 100 of these people are once punished poor quality post?

Do you think the author would do such nonsense again? Of course not! So, everything depends on us!

That is why one of the main ideas of the book "The Road to Financial Freedom" is: "Take responsibility for your life. You are not to blame, that bad things happen. But you can always choose how to treat them.
