Subscribers, Votes and Rewards?!?

Although I have a couple of post on steemit, I still haven't quite figured out how people have made the platform work them. What are some tips, tricks, and suggestions that you guys have to increase subscribers, votes and my rewards for posting? Would love to hear from you all down in the comment section and hopefully this also helps other new steemit members as well. Thank you!
