well first, everyone doesn't get paid for creating content. It depends on who visits, upvotes and likes your posts. I often like and upvote posts, and my vote isn't worth anything.
second, increasing what an upvote is worth???? Where do you think the money is coming from to do this. That would be a great way to bankrupt the site, then no one would get anything.
