Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 7/2/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Feb 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on Jan 20th and so the bull season doesn't seem to be done just yet. We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. But sadly there's not been a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also being tired from the previous early shifts. The past few nights are still a later time than what I would want to be asleep by as sometimes I still feel too tired to not nap during the day. There have only been 2 nights where I went to sleep at the most optimal time since doing these early shifts. When I did try to sleep the cold made it initially a little difficult. I woke-up hours to my scheduled alarm, this was due to trouble regulating my temperature, usually being too hot to start with and then cold. I changed again the duvets around in hopes of solving the problem but this as not fixed the issues but I think improved it slightly. Our "cat alarm clock" as usually been sleeping indoors during the night and will normally be quiet however he did start mewing during the night but not by much. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was clear, temperature wise it was cold from the beginning. It was another early start for me, not by choice but because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores or anything else. I done what I could, and with my free time over I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I could tell I was running late because I was not seeing the usual people I cross paths with, well except for one guy, not only was I rushing because of the time but it was really cold again, after a good few days of easy traffic this morning it was pretty bad. When I got to work it was the fat superior who I was working with, and after me arrived the colleague for setting us up with task2, but no cleaner in sight. I checked the fire doors and got started with task1 which was exactly as I would expect it to be but the superior said it was a small amount. Well if it's so little he can do that part of the work for me too if he wants, I will gladly let him. I took things easy initially but to no surprise had to speed up towards the end as I went over my time limit by 3 minutes. However there was a lot more work for task2 which was deceiving because it looked like there was actually less than usual and the superior was worried there was mistakes made, but I thought it was likely going to be fine. I was right about everything being free of any errors, however I did have to hurry with this one going past my time limit by 12 minutes. Still I was not worried because I was fairly confident that task3 wouldn't be much. I was thankfully right about this it was actually a pitiful amount of work which I was glad about but even if it was a little more it would of been completed on time. I say this because task3 was completed with 15 minutes spare and could of been more if I rushed. Yesterday while I was doing task3 the superior came to me with the news that there will be no work for task2, she didn't explain why. So I assumed she didn't tell me because she doesn't know herself, I guess the reason why I was curious but also not at the same time is because of the incident that happened last time when it was not set for us. It was because a angry worker turned up and stabbed a total of 5 people that work there, however I learned today that the reason as to why there was no task2 yesterday is because there will now be 1 day where they all get the day off "nice". I checked to see if I had any pointless weekly tasks to get done. I had one of course which is honestly difficult to get it completed "properly" with the time given, I started on this actually 2 days ago now and was worried that even today that task would not be completed. That was because the normal work was a little more than expected and also yesterday the superior in charge gave me yet another extra job to get done argh. Still I completed it but missed out on todays. Yup meaning I didn't complete all tasks for the week, my hope is someone after me or tomorrow will get it done for me. It was mostly a good shift still I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. On the way home it was brighter, but it continued to be very cold to the point I really didn't want to go out again especially later. Once I arrived home I got started with chores, I wanted to continue with the bathroom, fighting some of the mold trying to settle initially on the ceiling. But this was not going to happen since I was meeting with friends later for a Chinese dinner. Before doing that I rested for about 1 hour to tackle the freezing cold outside, this strangely worked out well for me as I had a lot of energy for the long way. It was freezing but the food was worth it not mention it was paid for by my friends which was nice of them. Before going home we visited their pets and on the way home it was terrible weather both cold and raining. For the quick work-outs it's been 67 days since my last one but it's going to have to keep waiting longer because of what I think is the flu continually trying to take over. Lastly I started to prepare dinner the cats and then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the Community Curators for February arrived the winners were announced. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. This was part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards. I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. You can recover any funds by creating a new tron account with TronLink and then adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional if you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
