Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 6/5/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

May 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on Jan 20th during the last bull run, we mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However sadly there was not a lot of movement from our own token this season. But what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also from being tired of the previous early work shifts. I woke-up only to my scheduled alarm, which is how I want it to be, but I was not surprised due to being so tired. I think I got too hot during the night but out of the covers it was chilly. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning it was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was cloudy, temperature wise it was cold. It's a early start because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores. With no free time I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took the rubbish with me to dispose, still hoped for the original bins to make their appearance but no luck and the one I got was already almost full. It got brighter but not enough for me to see the sun rise, traffic wasn't too bad but not the usual busy. When I got to work it was my boss who I would be working with, I was happy about that after yesterday having my least favourite. I feel like my boss maybe "plans out" which days will be the most hectic and avoids them, however yesterday at least during my shift it wasn't hectic. Our colleague who sets up task2 had just arrived before me, I think my boss was already prepared for him to arrive because they had already got started with getting task2 set for me. Still because we are doing the "first to arrive" type of shifts I begin by checking the fire doors every morning, next I get started with tasks1 out of 3, sometimes up to 4 on Sundays. I was not surprised this morning to see that the work for task1 was not much, it was actually the same as yesterday however unlike yesterday I didn't have a bad feeling about it. I still rushed it slightly after the nonsense from yesterday, but it was much easier to deal with. Task2 was less than usual and less than what I had yesterday and so I started to take things easy because I was getting far too ahead of the work. What I didn't expect this morning was just how much work there would be for task3, there was a lot arghh. I took a look at the weekly task sheet, and I'm shocked my name is not on it once! Still the regular work kept me busy with the remaining time I had left. I can say it was a good shift, except for feeling a bit unwell, so I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. Outside the weather had not changed much from this morning. Still I took the longer way home for the fresh air and exercise, had some weirdo follow me out of nowhere which had me a little worried and ruined the moment but thankfully he was not trouble. Once I arrived home I got started with some of the main daily chores. I continue organising the photos moved from my phone to the computer into two separate groups. I done a bit of this the previous day "I try to get some done daily". I was wrong about this being a rather quick task and so I will need the free time to dedicate to it. I spent some time looking into some documentation my father needs, argh not all this again 🙄. I also had to deal with some concerns my father had over a fake video on the weather forecast that happened nearly a month ago, those idiots at tiktok are to blame. For the quick work-outs it's been 10 days since my last one, after going for 133 days without, I took it very easy obviously but the body didn't seem to be affected by it, which was great. Lastly I started to prepare dinner I had chicken, cauliflower and sweet potatoes, then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the tag #curatorapplication is great for those wanting to build games and apps with Steem. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. While the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards is very positive I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. We should of kept the TRX wallet functional, if you agree you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
