Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 29/4/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

March 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on Jan 20th during the last bull run, we mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However sadly there was not a lot of movement from our own token this season. But what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also from being tired of the previous early work shifts. I woke-up nearly 2 hours to my scheduled alarm, but slept the night well, this is likely because of the previous night where I barely had any real sleep. I may have got too hot last night at some point but it was not enough for it to disturb me, out of the covers it was cold. There was no cat alarm clock, he was out all night but I guess with the weather improving it's likely he won't be staying in much now. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning it was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was clear, temperature wise it was cold. It's a early start because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores. With no free time I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took the rubbish with me to dispose, the annoying thing is had to go further and a slightly different route to reach it. They took the usual bins from the area and have turned some of them into recycling bins. While this is all very noble the idiots have still taken away a lot of the usual bins meaning people are going to dump even more rubbish everywhere, and as for those recycling bins they will just get filled up with all sorts of waste. However the good news is one of the old bins returned yesterday, but it's still not the usual one I used. It got much brighter, enough that I caught the sun rise. No morning winos out, I'm wondering if they don't appreciate the better weather, or perhaps they have moved on now. When I got to work it was my boss who I would be working with, I was happy with this and was very much expecting it to be my least favourite superior, perhaps tomorrow it will be her. Our colleague who sets up task2 had not arrived, normally he is there 3 minutes after me, and so I found it strange my boss had already started without me. Still because we are doing the "first to arrive" type of shifts I begin by checking the fire doors every morning, next I get started with tasks1 out of 3, sometimes up to 4 on Sundays. For task1 there was under half of the usual amount of work, which I was glad to see. Well this means I don't have to rush, unless more gets added. I feel like this must of happened, but it was only a tiny bit, I say this because I should of been done earlier at the half way mark. While there were some annoyances I have had worse and so should of been further ahead. Without rushing at all I was put with 8 minutes of spare time left. Checking over the system task2 was over the usual amount, which I was disappointed to see. Even with having some spare time I would need to rush some of it, thankfully it went smoothly. Task2 was completed going over the allocated time by 6 minutes, which I was not worried about. I wasted not a moment going on to task3, looking over task3 it was half of the usual amount. This means I shouldn't need to rush, task3 was completed with around 3 minutes spare. I was worried this was going to turn out worse if my boss had requested that I get task4 done today. This was because apparently the other day it was not possible to get it complete due to a system issue. Thankfully my boss did not request that this gets done, which I hope means someone else already completed the task. I took a look at the weekly task sheet, my name is on it but only once which is surprising. But I forgot to mention yesterday that strangely for whatever reason my task is the only one.. that as what appears to be having to be "checked" by a superior. I find this really odd, all tasks are supposed to be checked over by a superior anyway, so why does only mine have a specific superior to check over it🤷‍♂️❓. So I worked mostly on that with the remaining time I had left, which there was not as much left of the task left to complete because I had done most of it yesterday. I can say it was a good shift, but wanted to be done with the weekly task, so I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. Outside the weather was looking very nice, I took a slightly longer way home in hopes of catching some more of that sunshine. While it was nice yesterday was still the warmer day. Once I arrived home I got started with some of the main daily chores. I continue organising the photos moved from my phone to the computer into two separate groups. I done a bit of this the previous day and think it can be done rather quickly, I just need some free time to dedicate to it. I spent a good chunk of time yesterday trying to get one of the cats comfortable being outside again. Something must of really scared her "this has happened before" and likely caused by a "human". With the weather being so nice and with some patience I managed to get her outside where she spent most of the day enjoying the fresh air. However I was in hope I won't have to do the same tomorrow, and thankfully today it was much easier to get her outside again. I forgot to mention that during work I received a message from a friend who was having payment issues with all their methods. They somehow managed to make it far enough into work on time, but the card was no longer working and so they were worried about how on earth they were going to get back home after work. I assured them not to worry about it for the day, and that if nobody from family or friends cant get them back, I will try I get them home. Considering I had more sleep last night I was not surprised that I spent nearly 4 hours resting, very annoying to have lost so much time today. I still just about managed to get online in time for meeting with friends, half showed up. For the quick work-outs it's been 3 days since my last one, after going for 133 days without, I took it very easy obviously but the body didn't seem to be affected by it, which was great. Lastly I started to prepare dinner I had pizza and salad, then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the tag #curatorapplication is great for those wanting to build games and apps with Steem. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. While the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards is very positive I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. We should of kept the TRX wallet functional, if you agree you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
