Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 24/4/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

March 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on Jan 20th and so the bull season doesn't seem to be done just yet. We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. But sadly there's not been a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also from being tired of the previous early work shifts. I woke-up only to my scheduled alarm, which is how I want it to be, but I think it's only happening lately because I'm so tired. There was no cat alarm clock, he as out all night which had me less worried as the weather had improved a lot. Out of the covers it was cold. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning it was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was cloudy, temperature wise it was cold. It's a early start because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores. With no free time I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took the rubbish with me to dispose, the annoying thing is now I must go a longer and slightly different route to reach it. They have taken the usual bins from the area and have turned some of them into recycling bins. While this is all very good the idiots have still taken away a lot of the usual bins meaning people are going to dump even more rubbish everywhere, and as for those recycling bins they will just get filled up with all sorts of random waste. It didn't get much brighter with all the clouds. The morning winos I'm surprised are still not having their usual meeting this morning. When I got to work it was my favourite superior who I would be working with, and infact this will be for the last time as she will be leaving. Our colleague who sets up task2 had just arrived, normally he is there 3 minutes after I get there. It's good to see him arriving earlier again, but for whatever reason the superior strangely waited on me to get there. Like this the superior and him would be already setting up task2 for me, but I think she was too busy on her phone to move. Still because we are doing the "first to arrive" type of shifts I begin by checking the fire doors every morning, next I get started with tasks1 out of 3, sometimes up to 4 on Sundays. For task1 there was just under half of the usual amount of work, which made the Monday look easy. Think the idiots got their days mixed up and this is why we had 2 manic Mondays in a row. Well this means I don't have to rush, unless more gets added. I don't think this happened but still thought I would of been done with it sooner. Without rushing at all I was put with 8 minutes of spare time. Checking over the system task2 was over the usual amount, which I was hoping wouldn't be the case. Even with having some spare time I would need to rush some of it, thankfully it went smoothly. Task2 was completed going over the allocated time by 3 minutes, which I was happy with. I wasted not a moment going on to task3, looking over task3 it was just under half of the usual amount. This means I shouldn't need to rush, task3 was completed with around 12 minutes spare. I took a look at the weekly task sheet, my name is on it but only once which is surprising. I already completed my weekly task and so done a bit to help someone else but mostly worked on the usual with the remaining time I had left. I mentioned yesterday staff were distracted by a woman outside who apparently drove in, stopped the car opened the car boot and placed something inside a frozen food bag and placed it in a bin. Staff were convinced there was something suspicious about it, I guess around here they could be right. If it is anything suspicious it would highly likely be drug related, if not it's likely the bag just broke and the woman placed rubbish inside the bag before throwing it away. Staff wanted me to raid the bin on my way out to discover what was in the bag and while slightly curious I realised the only reason why this was the case is because other people have influenced me to wonder about it. In reality if I had seen the same thing myself it's highly unlikely that I would be curious enough to raid the bin. Frankly I'm not interested in other peoples rubbish and I feel this is just the staff being too nosey and bored, so in the end I decided against looking through the rubbish for them. I asked this morning if anybody was brave and curious enough (or just stupid) to search down the bin? Seems nobody was up for the challenge and it will forever be a mystery haha. I can say it was a good shift, but wanted to be done with the weekly task, so I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. Outside on the way back home it was still cloudy, the weather had not improved much but it wasn't so cold. Once I arrived home I got started with some of the main daily chores. I continue organising the photos moved from my phone to the computer into two separate groups. I done a bit of this the previous day and think it can be done rather quickly, I just need some free time to dedicate to it. Somehow there was no napping today and so I done prep for the next online meeting with friends which should be tomorrow. Think I finally caught-up with most of what I wanted to do and so can take some breaks between preps. Unfortunately again my friend is having trouble with the software and so we might have to start from scratch again trying to sort out the problem. For the quick work-outs it's been 130 days since my last one but it's going to have to keep on waiting longer. Lastly I started to prepare dinner I had scampi, brussels and potatoes, then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the tag #curatorapplication is great for those wanting to build games and apps with Steem. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. While the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards is very positive I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. We should of kept the TRX wallet functional, if you agree you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
