Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 22/7/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

July 2025- Hello supporters of Steem, there was a rare 3 day occurrence where I missed out on posting these price updates. The reason is because I was very unwell, I'm still recovering, well trying. It's not been easy, and it's been getting frustrating, it looks like I may have developed some kind of liver or kidney infection. It's been a scary few days, there still seems to be a bit of a back and forth thing going on with this infection, even with starting on the secondary treatment. I'm not going to say it's been completely useless as I feel it sorts out half the problem but not the underlining issue that causes it all to restart. So even if it is and will sort out the problem my fear right now is my treatment is about to run out soon. I checked to see if I can be "allowed" another batch soon as possible. Thankfully this seems possibly but it's likely there is still going to be 1 or 2 days where I won't be with medication. Which means there might be some worse days ahead for me. If not in the end I will have to get more analyses done to try and pinpoint the issue even more. I was not really expecting to be better today I woke up not feeling much different to yesterday and just over one hour into work I started to feel worse. Enough that I thought I would need to cancel dinner with friends again. Also like I hoped for and suspected a little later I felt a lot better, infact it felt like one of my better days, but I have already been here all before too many times. Thankfully the past few days it's been cooler, not only is it helping me but also for the cats. They have not been the same since the first heat wave and I think there is the possibility that we might lose another one or even a few if the heat returns. There is 1 cat in particular that as really shocked me by how much she as held on to life. However this morning it was again a relatively cloudy one and it rained again, still it remains a good temperature. This morning I was working with my boss, I honestly thought I as never going to have a shift again with nobody else but my least favourite superior, I was glad with the change this shift. This was beginning to make me think that now my boss must taking time off work. I arrived before the guy who helps us setting up task 2, this seems to be the case lately. Infact I had to set up task2 with him just as my boss had to have a meeting with one of our elderly colleagues. I start with task1 and continue to be surprised that with the dull weather and comparing from the work on Saturday that there was still a pretty decent amount of it. The amount of work for task1 really made no sense to me. I'm sure a little more got added while I worked but regardless I finished it later than I wanted especially as I had to also work on getting task2 set up. Task2 always seems to be the saviour lately, being minimal and thankfully today it was the same. Task3 was again missed because "what a surprise" extra work from yesterday was still left to be done. While I gave it a good try to get it completed before leaving I honestly did suffer a bit this morning due to how I'm feeling and won't deny that slowed me down, plus towards the end there was a lot of the regular work. My boss was likely not too pleased with how much was still left but I'm hoping he saw that when I could I really did try. Infact I think it was the "trying" that continued to make me feel worse for the day. Well not for the day once I got out of work and rested I while I did feel better. Looking at the task sheet for this week I was surprised, this is because it was empty haha. Looks like someone forgot to fill the dam thing. However I'm beginning to think that what I said yesterday that perhaps they now want us to fill it in ourselves is the correct statement. Which honestly I'm not happy with that at all. Regardless I have not read that anywhere yet so I will hopefully enjoy a few more of my shifts just doing the usual work and not having to worry about some stupid pointless task. When I got out of work I went straight home because I wanted to get some rest before meeting with friends later for food. When I got home I tried getting some rest but was not tired enough for a nap. Regardless I took the opportunity to instead look a little more into hopefully getting in my medication, which is going thankfully well. Another thing I was happy about was having the strength to be able to meet-up with friends for food. To be honest I have noticed every time I went out for a walk to a extent it made me feel better for a while. And this was no different, while I got caught in some rain returning home and felt dizzy after eating a nice plate of food, I still in the end felt like the whole experience made me feel better. I'm really hoping the medication fully helps me soon🙏🤞. The fact remains this hasn't gone away yet, and that's the tricky part, it lingers which means it could at any point start over again 💀 which is scary. So I continued to take things easy for now in hopes of recovering, fingers crossed 🤞🙏. Hope you all have a good day or night and I will see you on the next Steemit post.
