Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 22/11/2024, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Nov 2024-Bitcoin reached over "99.000" on November 22th and so the high season doesn't seem to be done just yet. But when is it likely to finish? When it falls to 50k? Well 30k would be a good mark, but likely won't fall that low, so how about 40k? We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. Sadly not a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep just past the usual late hour, this was mostly due to being on the phone too long and so placing myself behind on things. When I did try to sleep there wasn't much difficulty, the mind was busy but I manage to shut it off and thanks to the heating it wasn't too cold. I woke-up 1 hour to my scheduled alarm, it's something annoying that as been happening on and off since my father was here visiting. Most mornings I have been resting past the alarm, sometimes I'm not going to sleep early enough, while other times the cooler temperature is making getting out of bed a struggle. For the weather this morning it was dark, cloudy and miserable looking, no rain or snow but apparently the rain is for the weekend "argh of course😡 because I'm seeing friends". Temperature wise it's the 2nd morning where I was freezing from the get go, even while I was still in bed, usually the morning is bearable and it only get's cold just before the afternoon begins. It was difficult to start this morning to get out of bed, mostly because it felt cold but while I was late to get out of bed it was still strangely much earlier than usual which again I think the cold was just disturbing me too much. I spoke to a friend about this when I was last online with them, and they admitted to be having the same problems recently. While it was still considered a late start to the day this was not much of a problem because I only had work later which means I have the chance to get chores and some other things done. I could tell a few days ago that my cheap fix to the wall and wallpapering was beginning to struggle, thankfully the wall is fine but the wallpapering needed a fix up which I kind of expected, even if I was in hope for the original fix to last over the winter. I done what I could, and with my free time up I had lunch, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took the plastic bottles with me to dispose, I was also lucky because it did start to rain but by the time I left the house it stopped. Thankfully there was no idiotic yobs like yesterday who decided it would be fun to throw large pieces of wood around near the car park. The problem was that sometimes they were just throwing the wood around blindly and so any car owner was lucky this time that their car didn't get damaged by brainless idiots. When I got to work I was checking off all the colleagues who said they were in on the same shift again as I found it funny it was the exact same team. But I knew something wasn't right as one of the guys who said he would be in didn't turn up, he obviously lied as I thought it was too strange to have the excact same team. The two superiors who were in today are very friendly with each other, and so they spent the entire shift basically doing nothing. In one way this was surprising but it really shouldn't be.. I guess really "what actually surprised me" is just how they get away with it. But there was a few plus sides to this since there was no extra work it means I could take things a little easier, also since they were distracted with each other they were off my back. However I still was put under some stress towards the end "of course" when one of the superiors wanted me to do a task that I had a feeling I might be lumbered with due to a lack of staff tonight. This wouldn't of been a problem if I was told earlier and infact I kept thinking maybe I should do this task now incase I'm asked to get it done later but I was not sure of what was the plan. Regardless I see this as a lesson learnt, if I'm in the same situation next time I will start the task much earlier so I don't have to run around stressed later due to late notice. There was less stress today as yesterday I realised early on that I had once again forgetting my keys to work and the house keys. I just really don't understand how I forget these things sometimes and worry about this for in future. This always throws me off for the day so I was glad that for this shift I knew well I had both keys with me. There was no visits from the company director to worry about as we had them the other day and some staff were definitely trying to hide haha. When other colleagues asked them why they were hiding? They said they were worried that they would personally tell them the truth about how they felt about all the changes implemented recently. Well now that sounds reasonable to me and I was going to do the same thing, and so when the boss and director left I later asked these colleagues why were they are so reluctant to tell them the truth if asked of their opinion? What I discovered didn't surprise me but did anger me. This is because the colleagues who said they were going to tell them the truth were told by the superiors here to not do such thing. I honestly think this is terrible and another reason why so many companies fail when these idiots up the top are in their echo chambers and get no real feedback or "know-how" on how things work. I thought that the superior "in training" had finished and moved to another site but he is still with us it seems but not in today. There is still another new staff member which I have not met yet, surely she quit or something because I have never seen her, I asked staff today about her and nobody seems to know anything except she did do training with us. I was glad to escape work but not looking forward to the icy type weather outside, however even with being encouraged by colleagues to put on my coat before even steeping outside it actually was not very cold. When I arrived home I was still surprised by how relatively pleasant it was outside considering the temperature we had yesterday. Regardless it was too late for me to get started with getting any chores done. As for the quick work-outs I have lost track of how many missed days it's been, however today before going to work I actually managed to get one done. It felt fine but about 2 hours later I could feel it but by the time I arrived home I felt more like I could do another one rather than be in any pain. Lastly I started to prepared dinner, it was too late for checking in with my father who made a visit to the hospital again but says all was well, and then I settled-in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 21 now on Week 4 shows a good range and quality of courses that are being offered for those interested in taking part and being rewarded. For December the Steemit Team are inviting people interested in becoming Community Curators to start applying, this is only in teams of three people. Our TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. This was part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards. But I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. You can recover any funds by creating a new tron account with TronLink and then adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. Regardless I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional. If you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work on remaining at peace and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
