Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 21/4/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

March 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on Jan 20th and so the bull season doesn't seem to be done just yet. We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. But sadly there's not been a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also from being tired of the previous early work shifts. I woke-up only to my scheduled alarm, but had trouble falling initially asleep for like one hour, I think this was because my mind was too busy. There was no cat alarm clock but he was in the house plus he was in early so I was surprised not to hear from him all night. Out of the covers it was cold. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning it was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was cloudy, temperature wise it was cold. It's a early start because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores. With no free time I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took the rubbish with me to dispose, however the very annoying thing was the bin had vanished. I mentioned this last time and it seems they have not placed the bins back to their original locations. Instead they have used some of them and turned them into recycling bins. While this is all very good the idiots have still taken away a lot of the usual bins meaning people are going to dump even more rubbish everywhere and the recycling bins will get filled with all sorts of waste. It continued to quickly get brighter, not enough that I was able to see the sun rise but this was due to the clouds. The morning winos were not having their usual meeting this morning which surprised me, traffic was nicely very quiet. When I got to work it was the least favourite superior who I would be working with, which I was not in the mood for. After we said our "good mornings" she started going on about how I'm going to have to be quick this morning because she expects there will be a lot of work. If there's one thing this place likes telling you daily is to hurry up..so nothing new there. Our colleague who sets up task2 had not arrived yet, normally he is there 3 minutes after I get there. Still because we are doing the "first to arrive" type of shifts I begin by checking the fire doors every morning, next I get started with tasks1 out of 3, sometimes up to 4 on Sundays. For task1 there was way over the usual amount of work, which made the previous Monday look easy. Maybe the idiots got their days confused and this is why we have 2 manic Mondays in a row. Well this means I will have to rush the whole time, especially if more gets added. This did happen but in general the work was actually easier compared to the previous Monday where there were definitely some nuisances which caused me bigger delays. So I was rushing all of it which put me 27 minutes over my allocated time. Checking over the system task2 was going over double of the usual amount, which I was hoping wouldn't be the case. With being already delayed I would likely need to rush all of it, well this was definitely the case but thankfully it went smoothly. Task2 was completed but going over by 10 minutes of the allocated time. I wasted not a moment going on to task3, looking over task3 it was just under the usual amount of work. This means I will need to rush slightly, thankfully the work was with no complications, task3 was completed with 10 minutes going over my time. I took a look at the weekly task sheet, but it was not up, looks like they were nice enough not to give us any tasks for a day. So I worked on the usual with the remaining time I had left, but amongst this we had a film crew come in. Apparently our company paid them to make a video, I have to say this is a new level of low, paying these youtubers and so called "influencers" to try and get a bit of attention, we are clearly getting desperate here haha. I can say it was a good shift even with all the work, I was just lucky it was uncomplicated, however with these big headed influencers and youtubers filming plus some staff frantically calling and getting their families down I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. When I got outside I hoped the weather had got warmer, but it was only slightly better from this morning. Once I arrived home I got started with some of the main daily chores. I started organising the photos moved from my phone to the computer into two separate groups. I done a bit of this the previous day and think it can be done rather quickly, I just need some free time to dedicate to it. I would of had more time for things but I had a nap, not even really a nap just mostly resting my eyes for around 40 minutes. I decided to turn up to meeting with friends online, I mostly wanted to try a few more things to get my friend back up and running with us. I done this while also doing the usual and right towards the end we finally found a solution to the problem, just as I was really about to give up hope. For the quick work-outs it's been 127 days since my last one but it's going to have to keep on waiting longer. Lastly I started to prepare dinner I had roasted meat and potatoes, then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the tag #curatorapplication is great for those wanting to build games and apps with Steem. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. While the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards is very positive I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. We should of kept the TRX wallet functional, if you agree you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
