Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 20/5/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

May 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on Jan 20th during the last bull run, we mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However sadly there was not a lot of movement from our own token this season. But what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also from being tired of the previous early work shifts. I woke-up over 1 hour to my scheduled alarm, not sure why, it's very annoying as I could of done with the rest and it's been 3 days that this happened. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning it was no different. For the weather it was bright, the sky was clear blue, temperature wise it was chilly. It's a early start because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores. With no free time I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work it got much brighter, enough I got the full force of the sun rise. When I got to work it was my least favourite superior who I would be working with, I didn't expect her this morning because it was her yesterday. I was kind of annoyed it as her again, but to be honest I think it would actually be a better idea if each superior took a turn on doing the early shift every two consecutive days rather than a daily rotation. Our colleague who sets up task2 had already arrived, and she already started working with him to set up task2 for me. Still because we are doing the "first to arrive" type of shifts I begin by checking the fire doors every morning, next I get started with tasks1 out of 3, sometimes up to 4 on Sundays. I was happy to see that task1 was under the usual amount and that there was no extra work from yesterday. Task2 was mostly the usual amount and easy to deal with, while task3 was more than I wanted to deal with and that put me over my allocated time. I took a look at the weekly task sheet, my name is on it 3 times which I'm not happy about but at least the tasks are mostly easy. Well I say that but because how it's been this week so far I'm struggling to get any of it done, doing todays weekly task and mostly the regular work it kept me busy for the remaining time I had left. I can say it was a good shift, but there was too much of the usual work that I couldn't get my task fully completed. Also I was feeling really tired from meeting with friends yesterday, so I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. Outside the weather had improved a lot, yesterday I should of gone shopping but forgot, so today I got that done and decided to still go for the longer way home as it was so nice out. Once I arrived home I got started with some of the main daily chores. I continue organising the photos moved from my phone to the computer into two separate groups. I done a bit of this the previous day "I try to get some done daily". I was wrong about this being a rather quick task and so I will need the free time to dedicate to it. I took a nap again today which I was expecting to happen, I only managed to sleep for around 1 hour but I think this time it helped a little more compared to yesterday. I went for a shower soon after and paid some bills, struggled to do much else after so took things easy. For the quick workouts I missed getting one done today which now makes 4 days without, which was expected since I had napped. Last time I pushed myself a little more and so far I don't think I have caused any damage. For the moment I feel fine without ache and it felt great. Lastly I started to prepare dinner, then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the tag #curatorapplication is great for those wanting to build games and apps with Steem. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. While the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards is very positive I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. We should of kept the TRX wallet functional, if you agree you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
