Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 2/7/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

July 2025- Hello supporters of Steem, we made it to another month! It was a rare 3 day occurrence that I missed posting these price updates that aim to help our Steem token. The reason for this is I was very unwell and still kind of there as I try to get better. Seems I may have developed some kind of liver or kidney infection, it's been a scary few days. I felt so unwell on the first day that I thought I was leaving this earth. Suffering from this infection is not the first time, if diagnosis is correct, this as happened before but likely the worst or 2nd worst time having this experience. The following day I felt a lot better, but my body was feeling traumatized, and so it was very difficult to get on my favourite social site Steemit. On day3 I felt a little better, enough I was able to make a few upvotes, on day4 I was able to start posting again. This as not always been easy to continue posting, mostly the body continues traumatised, but I also had trouble sleeping only getting 5 hours of total sleep between 2 nights. This was not because I felt worse but simply because the heat did not let me sleep. Of course having an AC system to cool things down would be nice, but I don't have the money for that, hopefully one day Steem can help me with that. However the lack of sleep did cause me to feel worse again which was no surprise. Like I mentioned yesterday it was forecasted that it was to get cooler, it did and this gave me the chance to sleep better during the night. I still unfortunately woke-up at 2.30 in the morning feeling very sick, thought I was about to have a night of throwing up. Thankfully not the case after about 1 hour of trying to cool and calm myself down I was able to go back to sleep. The other thing that allowed me to regain a lot of sleep was the fact I didn't have work to get in for which was great. Yes but the fact remains this hasn't gone away yet, and that's the tricky part, it lingers which means it could at any point start again 💀 which is scary and of course coming to terms that such a condition can be fatal. Today was again strangely difficult to get a post out, I guess it's because most of the day had already vanished as I rested and tried to get a few things done. I'm attempting to start posting again daily on Steemit but that might not work out, so bare with me. I continue to take things easy for now in hopes of recovering. So things might be a little strange here for the next few days as I try and get better, but fingers crossed 🤞🙏 that we can get running back to normal again soon.
