Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 12/2/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Feb 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on Jan 20th and so the bull season doesn't seem to be done just yet. We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. But sadly there's not been a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also being tired from the previous early shifts. The past few nights are still a later time than what I would want to be asleep by, but I'm not napping during the day anymore which is great but it would still be best to have a healthy amount of sleep. There have only been 2 nights where I went to sleep at the most optimal time since doing these early shifts. When I did try to sleep the cold made it initially a little difficult. I woke-up a few hours to my scheduled alarm, this was due to trouble regulating my temperature. I have changed the duvets around a bunch of times with different togs and worn less but still I can't solve this problem fully. Also our "cat alarm clock" as mostly been sleeping indoors during the night and will usually be quiet, however he started mewing during the night again. Almost similar to when he initially stayed with us which is not great due to these early morning shifts and him being loud. My guess is he protests for not being allowed out during the day. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was clear, temperature wise it was cold from the beginning. It was another early start for me, not by choice but because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores or anything else. I done what I could, and with my free time over I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took some plastics to dispose, it was ice cold again, traffic was not too busy. When I got to work it was the fat superior who was in, regardless of the cold for whatever reason we both seemed to be in a slightly better mood. Still I was surprised not seeing our colleague for setting us up with task2, usually they are always there before me, and no cleaner in sight which is also strange I have not seen him in a while. I checked the fire doors and got started with task1, not so lucky today with the workload being just under what I would expect to see. Still like this it means I can work without rushing and so task1 was completed just in time. Checking over task2 it was actually over the usual amount I would expect, however since yesterday for whatever reason I did not receive any work for this and it seemed likely today was going to be a little more to deal with. To get it completed I went over by 11 minutes but I was not worried about falling behind. I'm usually lucky with task3 not being much of a problem and while today for the 3rd time it was more work than I expected task3 was still kind to me. I worried a bit initially about getting it completed on time so rushed at the beginning but then took it easy with still having 7 or so minutes spare. I checked to see if I had any pointless weekly tasks to get done. I had one of course but this was already completed by one of my colleagues who was awesome enough to do my weekly task for me without even taking the credit for it. Later the superior was frantically looking for me saying he would need me to stay a extra hour again like yesterday. No problem and I assumed this had something to do with my boss likely he was getting in late or something. I was half right it was my boss who requested I stay longer but he still arrived on time. I was also surprised to see the cleaner come in I guess he does a later shift now. It was mostly a good shift, fast initially but then a little slow, before leaving my boss explained to me I had to stay longer because he's boss wanted to have a long phone converstion with him, better him than me so I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. On the way home it was brighter but still terribly cold so I hurried home hoping to get warm because it's lately been too cold at work. Once I arrived home I got started with chores, I wanted to continue with the bathroom, fighting some of the mold trying to settle initially on the ceiling or to continue with cleaning the kitchen. Also our new toilet seat as got loose so likely just a bolt that needs to be tightened. Unfortunately a tiredness came over me, likely because of all the cold I got from work and not getting enough proper sleep, and this was to the point I nearly feel asleep at my desk leaving no time for doing anything. I was going on to meet with friends but received a call that they were going to be very late and I was just not feeling it tonight. For the quick work-outs it's been 70 days since my last one but it's going to have to keep waiting longer because of what I think is the flu continually trying to take over. Lastly I started to prepare dinner, then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the Community Curators for February arrived the winners were announced. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. This was part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards. I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. You can recover any funds by creating a new tron account with TronLink and then adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional if you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
