Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 1/7/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

July 2025- Hello supporters of Steem, we made it to another month, it had been a rare 3 days occurrence of these missed posts that aim to help our Steem token. I was very unwell and still kind of there as I try to get better. Seems I may have developed some kind of liver or kidney infection, it's been a scary few days. I felt so unwell on the first day that I thought I was leaving this earth. Suffering from this infection is not the first time, if diagnosis is correct, this as happened but likely the worst or 2nd worst time having this experience. The following day I felt a lot better, but my body was feeling traumatized, and so it was very difficult to get on my favourite social site Steemit. On the 3rd day I felt a little better, enough I was able to make a few upvotes but struggled to make a post. The trauma of the body was still mostly the reason for that, and of course coming to terms that such a condition can be fatal. On the 4th day I started posting again, and so you can imagine that I did continue to feel better. I can say from there it's been pretty much the same except today I can't deny I felt like I was going a little backwords with some pain growing and returning. I'm going to blame most of this on getting just 5 hours of sleep between two nights. The reason for not being able to sleep was of course the heat, still 4 hours of sleep was much better compared to only 1 hour the previous night. Of course having an AC system to cool things down would be great but I don't have the money for that, hopefully Steem can help. It's being said that from today the heat should lower a bit and so I hope I can resume fighting this by getting the rest I need. Yes but the fact remains this hasn't gone away yet, and that's the tricky part, it lingers which means it could at any point start again 💀 which is scary. I'm attempting to start posting again daily on Steemit but that might not work out, so bare with me. To be completely honest I didn't think I would of been able to post most days for various reasons, and today I thought the same due to the lack of sleep. I had work to get in for and so there was no chance of rest and was definitely going to need any energy I could muster if the work day was going to be as demanding like the previous ones that I just went through. I was hoping for a easier day at work since it was my boss who was in today and for whatever weird reason most shifts with him are much easier. And like magic that was exactly the case for my shift today, lately task1 as been causing me problems, but this morning it was a lot easier to deal with. I was even able to get it completed on time, task2 was a lot more than usual but still completed it in good time. I was very worried about task3 because I had missed getting that done for 2 days, but it seems that thankfully someone else had also worked on it when I missed to reach it. I was also worried that there was going to be a lot of extra work left from yesterday, but thankfully not the case. Checking over the weekly task sheet finally my name was not put down for a task every single day...now that I think about it.. I wonder if that was accidental🤔. The other day a colleague of mine told me two tricks to help get through the work a little faster, this morning I was able to put it to practise 3 times and it does indeed help, definitely a game changer. Regardless work was actually more difficult to get through this morning due to my pains returning, of course the heat and the lack of sleep was not helping me. I took the longer way home, which really I shouldn't of done that as the sun was so strong. When I arrived home it didn't take long for me to want to try and sleep, but again such heat prevents me from getting the sleep I need. I continue to take things easy for now in hopes of recovering. So things might be a little strange here for the next few days as I try and get better, but fingers crossed 🤞🙏 that we can get running back to normal again soon.
