Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 1/4/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

March 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on Jan 20th and so the bull season doesn't seem to be done just yet. We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. But sadly there's not been a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also being tired from the previous early work shifts. I woke-up 1 hour to my scheduled alarm, think I was beginning to get too hot, struggled to get sleep in the first place not sure what was keeping me awake but likely some stress and being over tired, annoyingly out of the covers it was cold. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning it was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was mostly cloudy, temperature wise it was cold. The early start is because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores. With no free time I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took the rubbish to dispose, it continued to quickly get brighter, but not enough that I was able to see the sun rise, it was too cloudy for that. I was really surprised by how cold it was again this morning, and yet there I was.. initially thinking of not putting on all layers, traffic wasn't too busy. When I got to work it was my 2nd favourite superior who I would be working with. Our colleague who sets up task2 had already arrived, I think the superior was too busy with whatever was happening on her phone to take much notice that she could of infact got started a little earlier. Once she was out of her "phone zombie mode" they both started to get task2 set for me. Still because we are doing the "first to arrive" type of shifts I begin by checking the fire doors every morning, next I get started with tasks1 out of 3, sometimes up to 4 on Sundays. For task1 there was just under the usual amount of work, which I was kind of not happy to see. This means I will have to rush a little, this was needed because I'm sure a little more work was added or perhaps it was because on 2 instances there were some annoyances. I had task1 completed going over my allocated time by 1 minute, sure 1 minute is not a problem but usually I have a few more minutes to spare. Checking over the system task2 was over the usual amount, which I was kind of hoping wouldn't be the case. There was mostly rushing as I tried to catch-up slightly. Task2 was completed going over the allocated time by around 10 minutes, which I was starting to get a little worried about. I wasted no time going on to task3, looking over task3 it was under half of the usual amount of work, this means I could take it easy. But I was a little worried especially as Task3 began with one annoyance but task3 was completed with around 5 minutes spare. With that all done "paperwork" but I'm honestly tired of this lost paperwork saga, and so I made sure to place it where I was told just yesterday, I made sure to point out to the superior who brought this up yet again "yesterday" that she was the one who confirmed with me last time where to place the 🤬🤬 paperwork. Apparently she said at that moment when I asked she must of had a lot going on in her head to be telling me the wrong place. They just can't admit they made a mistake, well to be fair sometimes they do. But yes because this place always strives very much on their amazing communication skills with their workers😒... Which reminds me why I left work a few minutes late because the superior failed to communicate with me that she had already been logged on to the system, yet she pointed her annoyance towards me for sticking around too long when I double checked with her that she was on. So likely if I just left without asking or making sure this was the case I would of been labelled "rude" or "irresponsible" 🤷‍♂️ so yes to can't 🤬🤬 win. I took a look at the weekly task sheet that was announced as abolished but to no 🤬🤬 surprise.. yes it made it's return. What I was shocked to see was that I'm not the only person who works here!.. Yes as clearly some of my other colleagues had also been forced to work on some of these mostly pointless tasks. Thankfully whoever wrote the weekly task sheet this time as done a much better job compared to last weeks one, which made no sense at all. It's like it had been written in code, most of the paragraphs for the tasks instructions were clearly missing words, either that or tasks were overlapping each other, meaning I couldn't tell where one ends and another begins. I worked on Mondays task for the remaining time left, I was lucky that a chuck of it had already been done and so with some rushing I was just about able to get it completed. I can say it was a good shift, time passed well but I didn't want to do anymore pointless tasks, and so I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. When I got outside I was hoping that it would be warm and sunny, the sun was out but not warm. Once I arrived home I got started with some of the main daily chores. I moved some more photos from my phone incase something happens to it because of the battery being a bit strange, mostly depleting it's energy very quickly. But I barely had a chance to get much of that done. I tried doing some prep work to meet with friends online next time but honestly I was struggling to stay awake. I went to rest but accidentally ended up napping for around 2 hours. For the quick work-outs it's been 110 days since my last one but it's going to have to keep on waiting longer. Lastly I started to prepare dinner, then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the Community Curators Application application for April is open, also the tag #curatorapplication is great for those wanting to build games and apps with Steem. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. While the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards is very positive I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. We should of kept the TRX wallet functional, if you agree you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
