Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 1/10/2025, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 9 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "9 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are on top 300 of Steem investors. That is not to brag but to be shown has proof. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Aug 2025- Hello Steem supporters, made it for another day and hopefully more if the body continues the fight. The zombie doctor nonsense continues on. For the night I always hope for better sleep, the results were that I was able to fall asleep relatively quickly, I didn't wake-up during the night. Only in the morning but it was still over 2 hours to my alarm, which after I was not able to return to sleep properly. Very annoying and I think the nights may be getting worse again. It was another early start, not because of work like you might expect but because we are forced "those who are unwell" to get up very early to fight for the chance of getting a doctors appointment. It's disgusting and evil that in 2025 we have such a vile system but it seems some places are finally taking it down. Back in the old days you could simply phone or visit the doctors during opening hours, it worked better then compared to what we have now. Receiving the lab test results on the possible causes of my current condition I can see a link between the results found and symptoms I experience. The issue is the pathogens that attack me are already 80% naturally resistant to most treatments. Leaving me with a small window of hope thanks to the abuse of antibiotics by all those before me. However I think I have been able to kind of put the pieces together on what is going on. From my understanding normal bacteria of the body has been travelling to other places where it shouldn't be going. However I think it's more likely this was picked-up from somewhere or by somebody and bacteria somehow managed to reach places it shouldn't.

While it's exciting and a relief to get some kind of understanding on what is happening convincing a zombie doctor on how best to treat me will be a challenge. I'm not too hopeful, mostly because of convincing the zombie doctors that these tests are for real, and the ideal steps that should be taken. It's simple really, get a sample of the pathogen and then test its resistance in the lab against the available antibiotics, next prescribe the antibiotic doing the killing at a decent timescale to make sure it's fully eradicated on the first time round. It should be that simple, but really from my experience lately "they" are making it hell. If they used their brains this method would not only save money but it would help deal with the antibiotic resistant crisis that we may all soon be facing! My mission yesterday after work I left again to see a zombie doctor. Of course when I get there you don't see a doctor and you have to get past the nurse first. And honestly this whole experience there was worse from the previous time. She initially tried to fob me off saying they can't deal with my situation, this came a shock to me and so I told her I had seen the doctor here before and I was given a treatment to try. After that she finally started to see she had to give me a meeting with the doctor, but honestly she was not listening to much of anything that I said. It felt terribly rushes and distracted "on her part" because at the end of the day I know she didn't want to add one more patient to the end of the list. After waiting likely for almost the same among of time when I last visited I got called. I had a different doctor which was disappointing, and again most of our conversation he was being dismissive and like per usual convincing me "the patient" to go somewhere else. It's honestly ridiculous, but at least he took a look at my lab results, it's the thing which I most wanted. I was not too surprised that he didn't understand the results and wanted me to go somewhere else.

Don't these people realise they look stupid has hell not even having a basic idea to what it is they are looking at!? The sheet explained the bacteria to focus on and it's count yet he said he needed more information. He's a doctor no? From there they should be able to use their brain and know which antibiotics to start focusing on. Or the fact that something was found should be enough for him to request a test from their side that would pick-up on the problem. But no, they need everything done and spelt out to them. He even told me not to return there again and that if other doctors suggest I visit the surgery again that I should tell them to email them first. This is so they can tell those doctors "NO!" don't send him here again. Well talk about making you feel like your being cared for by another human being. I expected this to start happening at some point but I didn't think it would of been this soon. From there the mission of today was to try and get a appointment from their recommended surgery and see if I get anywhere. After going through their long line of questions I was told to wait for basically 2 days maximum. Thankfully I received a message 2 hours later for a appointment tomorrow, however like I expected this would collide with work and it was too late of notice for me to reschedule with work.

So I had to get in contact with the dam surgery, the girl on the phone very polite. After giving her my name and details she soon refers to me by a different name completely, after correcting her she tells me a doctor would be phoning me in the afternoon. I told her I received no information of this and that I will wait on that call. So before she hangs up she tells me she will check with the doctor because there may of been a mix-up. So I get put on hold for just over 5 minutes and on her return to no surprise the zombie doctors made a mistake when placing me in for a phone call "I don't get one". That's fine so I ask her again about changing my appointment for later in the afternoon for when I finish work "same day". She asked me if I can do ALL afternoon appointments after 14.00, I said only on certain days. I told her what days I could do from today until Monday. I told her I can visit the original booked day, but just later. She then bizarrely said to me "but we have already giving you a appointment on that day"..... jesus the whole point of this phone call from the start was that I can't make the morning appointment time due to work! So I explain it "again" politely to her what I need is a appointment in the afternoon but can do the same ay if possible, to which she said someone will phone you on Friday to schedule you. Argh honestly how do these people just expect you to be able to drop everything for a random appointment at a random time and yet have no training in comprehending people will need to res-schedule with this ridiculous system. Yes I know I have been told countless times this surgery is a nightmare to deal with these days, I'm thinking if appointment scheduling is already this bad I can only imagine what the state of these doctors are like, have they no shame.
