Is SteemIt have any english speaking users left?

Hi Everyone,

I have returned on Steemit after 2years of being away from it. I joined Steemit in August 2016 years ago exactly 4 years ago. Now, I have returned and found all the blogs in some different language. I have no idea whether it's Korean, Chinese, or Japanese. Can someone please tell me what's going on here?
