There's still no sign of an end to the bitcoin bear market and I think it will take something big for steem to explode before that ends. Perhaps SMT's and the hard fork will do that but I'm more inclined to think that we will have another downturn before going to new highs. This is just my gut feeling, I'm usually wrong :)
