If you're thinking about leaving steemit, then go ahead, your SP will still be there in 2 years... Come back in 2 years and check how things are, interests will still grow what you have there.
On the other hand, you can try to create better content or just insist (maybe write at other hours, or on different arguments?) and might be luckier :) This is just the start anyway!
