They just won't say "ICO" any more. It will go back to "crowd funding", this is already happening on facebook, where i have seen posts (since after the ban) about "crowd funding mining" (aka cloud mining).

Then if they ban the term "crowd funding" people will just come up with yet another buzz word to get around whatever filters are in place.
